[Aqua Mixer Introduction Case Study] Hydrogen Sulfide Countermeasures in Manufacturing Plants
Experience the high dissolution efficiency by using it before introduction! No issues such as clogging during operation.
We would like to introduce a case study of our "Aqua Mixer" implemented as a measure against hydrogen sulfide generated from metal cutting wastewater. Previously, we used aeration pipes, but clogging occurred during blower shutdowns, resulting in an anaerobic condition in the tank where hydrogen sulfide was generated. During the operation of this product, we were able to confirm the reduction effect of hydrogen sulfide in the gas phase, and no issues such as clogging occurred. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - Although measures were taken with aeration pipes, clogging occurred during blower shutdowns. - The tank became anaerobic, leading to the generation of hydrogen sulfide. ■ Results - During the operation of this product, we confirmed the reduction effect of hydrogen sulfide in the gas phase. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
